Boxing Day Kitchen » Left-over Roast Beef Canapes with Feta Cheese
Ideal for a light lunch or picnic.
Ingredients
- 4-5 Slices of leftover beef
- 70 g of feta cheese
- Light olive oil
- Sea salt
- Toothpick sticks
Method
- Cut feta into small 2 cm chunks
- Wrap beef over feta and stick toothpick in to hold in place
- Place on serving plate , drizzle with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt
