Boxing Day Kitchen » Left-over Roast Beef Canapes with Feta Cheese

Ideal for a light lunch or picnic.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Slices of leftover beef
  • 70 g of feta cheese
  • Light olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Toothpick sticks

Method

  1. Cut feta into small 2 cm chunks
  2. Wrap beef over feta and stick toothpick in to hold in place
  3. Place on serving plate , drizzle with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with sea salt
